The nonprofit agency moved its administrative headquarters into Suites 111 and 201 in May. With 17,048 SF of leasable space, GreenForge is now fully occupied by five businesses/organizations. In June, Scott Electric Company signed a five-year lease for 50,095 SF in Jeannette Industrial Park. A Greensburg-based wholesale electrical distributor that has been in business since 1946, Scott Electric subsequently moved its Palco Power Systems subsidiary into the recently renovated space. With the signing of the Scott Electric lease, all 211,433 SF of leasable space at Jeannette Industrial Park is now fully occupied. The facility is home to seven companies.Renewed LeasesWatt Fuel Cell Corporationa developer of solid oxide fuel cell systems that operate on common, readily available hydrocarbon fuels and are small enough for residential usesigned a one-year extension for the 39,153 SF it leases at Mount Pleasant Glass Center. The deal took effect in November.Caseworks Inc.a manufacturer of custom casework for the healthcare, hospitality and design industriessigned a one-year extension for the 31,922 SF it leases in Jeannette Industrial Park. The lease covers all of 2023.Ryan Moving LLC, a third-generation moving/storage business that serves as an interstate agent for Bekins Van Lines, renewed its lease for 16,112 SF at Jeannette Industrial Park.
