Well, for 43 years, Westmoreland County had an incredible partner in Joe Sisley, whose tenure as WCIDC marketing director came to an end when he retired at the end of 2021.During his time at the WCIDC, Joe played a role in every land sale and lease in our industrial parks. Remember those Quick Facts figures we shared on Page 3? Joe was instrumental in helping those hundreds of businesses find a home so they could support thousands of jobs, and his impact extended beyond the county park system as he often connected prospective buyers with the owners of Westmoreland properties outside of our parks.Although were saddened to not see our friend on a daily basis, we celebrate his contributions, and we know hell enjoy spending more time wife his wife, Susan, and their growing family.11'
